Do strikers get damage resistance?
So me and this guy are arguing about this. And this is in the context, this is without the unstoppable perk.

They do, but it's something like 25% or so, unstoppable is over 75% but you must be in the animation to receive any of the resistance.

20 Repliesyes. every super has damage reduction. how long it stays around is dependent on the super. for nova bomb it's gone as soon as the projectile leaves the hand. for golden gun its gone as soon as you start bringing it down from the sky. radiance loses it after they self res. and so on.

A small resistance, but yes.

Yes, both in and out of Unstoppable. Unstoppable just gives it more and makes it so that the damage resistence lasts until the player is in first person and able to shoot. It'd be a completely worthless super if it didn't have any base damage reduction.

yes. They have enough to survive a Golden Gun shot, High Impact Sniper Headshots, Shotgun Shells to the face, the list continues. Some of which don't require Unstoppable.

Yes, a striker without unstoppable used to be able to take a golden gun shot, I've died to multiple fists of panic before golden gun got a damage buff
