What does a sky burners command beacon do?

So what's up with there being two places to insert the command beacon? My be something happens if two people on a fireteam do them at the same time?

6 RepliesStart patrol go to Cabal Ship, on the left as you enter the ship there is a terminal, use your Skyburners Command Beacon to summon boss. Kill boss and everyone in the area will get Skyburners Deployment Codes Go to moselium and jump into portion of the cabal ship that's in the middle of the are. Inside you will find a terminal where you can use the Skyburners Deployment Codes. You will have to do a series of 3 timed activities and the end you will get a Skyburners key. Go back to where you used the deployment codes and use the key on a door, then on a chest for loot and calcified fragment

11 RepliesStart patrol. Go to the Cabal ship. As soon as you enter, take a hard left. Activate the panel. Clear out all the cabal. A champion will come. Kill the chanpion and you get an access key, I think. Not sure what it's for, though.

7 RepliesYou kill a Cabal guy. Then you get a key which then you use and have 3 missions. Like in patrol. The first one doesn't have a timer the other two do. The you get a key for a chest and open that.
