Multiplayer Not balanced out on network connections yet
I am jumping into the Crucible and I am noticing a lot of players with bad Red Bar connection almost every time I get into the crucible I see at least 2-3 Red Bar and it literately pisses me off when a random or say a camper with a Red Bar kills me after I see them and start to shoot them before they kill me. this literately need to be fix.
I think what need's to be resolved is that if your connection is not balanced out like it's say Medium connection Yellow bar on your connection you literately join up with players on the same connection yellow bar. Bad Connection Red Bar players plays gets matched up with Red Bar. Good Connection Green Bar plays.
This needs to be fixed cause I am getting very upset I don't have any problems with a group but playing the Crucible solo with Random Players really needs to be fixed badly.

I haven't seen as much lag, but I've seen far less competitive matches. I've never seen as lopsided of games as I have post 2.0

I 100% agree. It is peer to peer for crying out loud. There is absolutely no excuse for not considering connection speed in match making. It is definitely one of the more infuriating aspects of the broken PvP and it is totally not necessary. If you go in green, but then red bar, or have a very inconsistent connection, it should be like other games where the player goes into a "time out" until the connection stabilizes. If it does not, you get kicked from the lobby at the end of the game. So after a year of inaction or attempt to fix this, it is quite easy to conclude that Bungie cares more about their numbers than actual quality of game for the player. One can almost surmise that Bungie caters to cheaters by not fixing this.

Finally, a legitimate issue in the Balance tag. Yes, Activision needs to pony up for Dedicated servers and stop being greedy bitches.

Bungie should change the matchmaking for connection and not the same K/D because in this game the K/D says nothing...
