Troll the boards here and you'll see that a lot of folk have had the same problem since last night. Do not follow the Bungie support advice to uninstall and reinstall the Suros Pack - there's a high probability that you'll lose the Pack altogether and as of this moment, there's no way to recover it. We're hopeful that Bungie will remedy the situation...soon.

How can they do that? Just because they don't like Microsoft they can't KEEP -blam!-ing us over and not giving us the stuff they promised! I bought in early on the promise they would give me the Suros Exclusive gear!

Same problem. I uninstalled without thinking and it will not let me re download which is unfortunate. I really liked the emblem and shader
