Been hanging near CofO and nobody shows. Kinda crappy featured Pulic Event. Edit: On xb1. Playing in Sat. Actually did get better. But some people used their rune then left. Did not hang around for me to use mine. Not sure how a 6 man patrol option would help. Just get 6 guys to meet up. Unless all 6 would get rewards from chest. Does really suck best reward is only for one person.
