I got my Striker Titan emblem from doing Crucible, like get 20 Storm fist kills, 25 grenade, and 30 Fist of Havoc multi kills, it's a crucible quest!

It's Easy, only quest that was stupid long was the Crucible quest to unlock the weekly crucible awards, that quest suck balls!

I saw a Titan the other day with the Striker emblem. It wouldn't really make sense since it says on the emblem to complete the corresponding subclass.
