Can't get exotic quest.
I have a friend with 45 fragments but he can't get the exotic quest. Any clues why?

1 ReplyHey onyx nappyboy, Your friend needs to make sure he has found 45/50 fragments on one character. If he has found 45 across several characters the quest won't activate.
