Vanguard Quartermaster
I'm confused on whether or not the Vanguard Quartermaster changes the roll on its weapons? I was saving up to buy the 1000-Yard Stare from the Quartermaster and when I finally got enough marks the roll changed. Is there a specific time it resets or is it just random?
