Hey so for the last 3 rank-ups I have not been receiving legendary engrams from the rank-up package from the cryptarch. It says the rewards are supposed to be legendary items and upgrade materials but all I get are blue engrams and strange coins. Not saying strange coins aren't cool to get, but they are a lot more common than legendary items and quite frankly this is not right! You said you fixed this? Anyway please get back to me on this bungie. EDIT: as one response here mentioned, the reveal said it was always going to be legendaries. And as I have said to others, no I am not new here and no my ultimate problem isn't with the idea of it being rng. My ultimate problem is how many ways bungie has said there would be a guaranteed legendary with each package when it is nothing but BS. Think along the lines of false advertising, and you will get close to understanding where I am coming from.
