I'm running heroic strikes for a quest. Since Xur was around, I picked up some ToC to try my luck. The first strike was Taniks, I popped a ToC, at the end I think I got a single blue engram. Next was the restorative mind, I pooped another ToC. I think I saw a blue engram when we killed it, but when I went to collect, there was nothing. I saw another person didn't get loot from the dust palace, so I'm curios if there is a bug in loot drops and/or the ToC. *EDIT: I'm also asking if there is a bug with engrams falling to their doom in the restorative mind strike.
