  • So you want to say "-blam!- you" to anybody that gets it after you? "Sorry buddy, I get to keep my 310 while you get a 290 because I beat the mission when it was bugged. You still beat the exact same mission as me, but you deserve the 290 version because you didn't beat it before they fixed the bug."

  • Unfortunately people actually do think that way.. I have it, it'll get put where it's supposed to be.. Which is fine. I'm sure this won't be the last time this happens with something "secret" lol

  • It's not a bug and they shouldn't fix something that's not broken. The difficulty of that mission is well worth a 310. They should however nerf the 300 version that u can make with the blueprint because that's just a way for people to lvl up their other weapons and it takes the fun out of trying to get gear to fuse into those weapons. Put the blueprint to 280 like the other exotics and leave the drop at 310. That's the most logical and right thing to do.

  • The day that the Black Spindle started dropping at 310, Bungie came out and said that it was a bug. End of story. The gun was NEVER supposed to drop at 310. Those who were lucky enough to get it to drop at 310 should count themselves as fortunate. But they shouldn't get to keep it at 310 simply because they had good timing. As far as the difficulty of the mission goes, yes it was a difficult mission. But once you figured who spawns, when and where, it isn't nearly as daunting as many are making it out to be. Hell, one guy solo'd the damn thing (mad props to that dude). Once my fireteam figured out the fight we beat it in less than 20 minutes. Skolas, Aetheon, and Crota were all harder the first time around and in the case of Aetheon and Crota, the only thing that I got for beating them the 1st time around was a shader. So tell me again, why a heroic version of a story mission should drop more powerful gear than the raid?
