Taken King hawkmoon Monte Carlo
So guys here we go again, yet another post that bungie won't respond to and will be left unsolved after spending money on their product.
Preordered taken King on Xbox one and have seen that everyone should have gotten either hawkmoon or Monte Carlo when launching for the first time yet I received nothing on all 3 characters. So what gives? Why can't you have direct channels set up for support bungie because this is a super inconvenient way of getting support for a product I spent money on. Just being passed over time and time again. How bout you offer some support and answers.
I've already uninstalled the game and all dlc content twice over. Nothing fixes it...

Edited by ADragonWithin: 9/25/2015 4:25:21 AMThe VIP quest, the Veteran's Tour, takes you to the Engram person who has an "Uncommon Engram" (it's green) but it turns into a random Exotic weapon. (The description says it looks like the green is painted on, it made me laugh when I read it) It is NOT absolutely positively a Hawkmoon or Monte Carlo. I got a Hawkmoon. My stepfather got a The Last Word. There were no freebie exotics for preordering TTK; the freebie I mentioned above was part of the VIP reward quest for owning both expansions or having a character at 30+ before August 31st. Also, having the shader doesn't mean you finished the quest, because there were some who were able to receive the shader, emblem, and/or the sparrow before TTK even launched. Those that received them early had to dismantle them in order to make the quest work (as it won't let you take one if you already have one).

I've not heard of Hawkmoon or Monte Carlo being tied to TTK launch in any way shape or form.

I had all 3 over 30. I have all prerequisites completed. Just didn't get anything when I started taken king

Did your other VIP rewards trigger normally? Did you have at least one character to Level 30 in August?

You didn't get the Monte Carlo or Hawkmoon from preordering... you only got it if you started Destiny before The Dark Below came out.
