Here are some numbers for you all courtesy of DTR's community statistics
Edit: I find it hilarious that people are attacking my personally for these stats. If any of you had half a brain and bothered to read you would realize these are NOT my stats.
I also didn't realize this forum suddenly became somewhere that requires perfect statistical presentation.
Super kills (PVP)
Hunter Nightstalker 54,549,041 (4.90%)
Titan Sunbreaker 30,933,744 (2.78%)
Warlock Stormcaller 28,664,865 (2.58%)
Grenade kills (PVP)
Hunter Nightstalker 31,135,311 (4.11%)
Warlock Stormcaller 26,611,954 (3.51%)
Titan Sunbreaker 16,019,668 (2.11%)
Melee kills (PVP)
Warlock Stormcaller 38,775,697 (3.16%)
Hunter Nightstalker 32,853,317 (2.68%)
Titan Sunbreaker 29,285,716 (2.39%)
Sooooooo. You were saying how sunbreakers get sooooooooo many kills with their overpowered hammers yet they still have less super kill then the hunter SUPPORT class.
Edit 1.
Class breakdown
33.5% warlock with 3% being stormcaller
32.3% titan with 3% being sunbreaker
34.2% hunter with 4% being nightstalker
These are updated every 15 minutes by destiny tracker. I didn't collect these. The low percentage is because the subclass percentage is based upon what percentage of tracked games they have been in.
Edit 2: actual numbers for classes for you
Warlock 1,854,319
Titan 1,786,529
Hunter 1,890,494

Titan Sunbreaker 30,104,721 (2.45%)
Edit:
Okay, it seems there's way to many people sticking to the argument,
There are more Hunters than Warlocks/Titans therefore they're are going to have more kills.
If you agree, then this is for you.
These stats were derived from a sizable portion of the population using the most recent statistic. 5.54 million games played as a specific subclass total.
Hunter 1,894,406
Warlock 1,858,093
Titan 1,790,357
4% of Titans' and Warlocks' tracked games were played as Sunbreakers and Stormcallers. 5% of the Hunters' tracked games were played as Nightstalkers. Those of you with even a little bit of background in math already start to see a problem here ;)
We can conclude that:
92524 games were played as a Nightstalker
75619 games were played as a Stormcaller
71461 games were played as a Sunbreaker
And now to put everything on an equal playing field.
Super Kills Avg per:
Nightstalker - 619
Sunbreaker - 474
Stormcaller - 419
Melee Kills Avg per:
Stormcaller - 566
Sunbreaker - 448
Nightstalker - 375
Grenade Kill Avg per:
Stormcaller - 387
Nightstalker - 354
Sunbreaker - 245
Total Kills Avg per:
Stormcaller - 1372
Nightstalker - 1348
Sunbreaker - 1167
Hmm, would you look a that. Seems like it wouldn't matter if there was an equal amount of Hunters, Warlocks and Titans. Hunters and Warlocks would be neck and neck yet Titans would still come in dead last.
I wonder how such an OP subclass ends up with the least amount of kill.
It's because Titans are sadly still the least played class #ThereToDropYouaBubbleWhenNoOneElseWould

I'm a hunter and I love having both sunbreaker and stormcaller on my team. hating on them is pathetic, enjoy the diversity in gameplay.

3 RepliesTitan complain about bladedancer: Agreed, gets nerfed Titans complain about ram: Agreed, gets nerfed Titans complain about Axion bolt: Agreed, gets nerfed Titans complain about arc bolt grenades: Agreed, gets nerfed Titans complain about Fusion grenades: Agreed, gets nerfed Titans complain about blink: Agreed, gets nerfed Hunters and Warlocks complain about Fist of Havoc killing you while you 7 feet in the air: Titans call them butthurt, no nerf Hunters and Warlocks complain about Sunbreaker having too much amour and ask for it to be brought down a little to balance out supers (seems fair since bladedancer was nerfed): Titans go full butthurt defence mode, activate all scrub burners and reply to OPs thread for 8 hours straight calling him an idiot. Never go full Titan. all credit to dredgen yor Spread the message.

A good statistic would be how much have Titan super kills gone up from pre TTK and After TTK? Also remember expansion dropped 2 weeks ago. You are not going to have alot data to make a non-OP argument. Considering everything else has been out for a year. 6 months down the road is where you would start collecting the numbers a seeing a "true" indication of a tip in the % to one particular side.
-
I wish people could learn to normalize stats. Thanks for the numbers OP. Fortunately the people at Bungie inderstand statistics so they know Sunbreakers are just fine.
-
So people don't use it as much as other classes? That doesn't mean it's not op. It means it's still not as popular.
-
It's op especially cause of the new hammer spam glitch it just got better
-
1 ReplyOf course hunters will have the higher numbers because hunters are the preferred class in PVP.. More people play hunters plain and simple.. So the numbers will of course be higher at the INITIAL RELEASE of TTK... people will play their favorite class... Check those numbers again in a couple months after EVERYONE knows sunbreaker is OP lol.. A for effort doing all that math but stupid as shit doing it this early in the expansion release haha..

1 ReplyStormcaller Sucks!!!! Sign if you agree... My main is a warlock and i am kinda sad that the stormcaller perks suck. I'll just stay with voidwalker hope they fix or add or adjust something to stormcaller ... And leave the titans the way they are, i am happy for those happy titans.
-
6 RepliesFfs.... Who cares that Titans have hammers that kill, it's everything combined on the Titan that makes it need to be revisited. Not the kills or anything like that, Titans have an ability to regen health once they get a kill. That is the only perk I have a problem with and would if it were on a warlock or hunter too ( melee is fine with health regen ) ranged health regen....... Right that's a fair perk. Defend range regen in pvp.
-
I actually wanna try sunbreaker....but I don't want to go through the whole levelling process again
-
Weird, in the crucible matches I play the titans kills 3-4 per super being completely indestructible. The hunters I see kill 1 people per super with luck, being completely vulnerable. Nice.
-
If titans didn't suck they would have better stats with the new most OP super in the game.
-
19 RepliesTHIS IS NICE INFO. if this doesn't shut the hunters and warlocks up idk what will.
-
I have never bitched about this game... I try different tactics when others don't work... I myself am a Titan main, I love sunbreaker, but it is op. Also these stats are probably not very useful being that there are mor warlock and hunter players than Titans
-
It's not Warlocks and Hunters faults that Titan players just suck with there Supers... If they didn't suck and were as good as us Hunters and Warlocks. Maybe the stats would show the real Sunbreaker power
-
You act like ALL hunters complain, you titans need to shut up stop crying and ignore the b!tchers and shitlocks Scrubby Titans and Shitlocks - WAAAAAAAH Hunters blade dancer op waah B!tchers - ok :( B!tchers and shitlocks - HoS op waah! we can't jump!! we terrible LETS COMPLAIN Scrubby titans - WAAH YOU CRY I CRY ABOUT YOU CRY B!tchers and scrubby Titans - shitlocks too op radiance and ram! WE CAN'T SUPER THEM BECAUSE WE BOTH B!TCHES AND SCRUBS Shitlocks - d'aw :(
-
1 ReplyWould you just look at it.

There are three kinds of lies in this world, lies, damned lies and statistics.
-
We all know atleast 3/5 of the community uses hunters as mains. So no sh*t your numbers will be high for hunters.

The only issue I can see with the raw statistics are th varisbles it doesnt track. For example if every titan was running min intellect and getting 0 kills outaide of their super they will get maybe 1 super a game. Then say again for example, every nightstalker ran max intellect and was getting kills with perks to complement it (super from grenades for example) they would get 2-3 supers a game. If you tale those into account it would result in more super kills from hunters because of the way they play. Not all variables can be tracked however so it is impossible to compare them with 100% accuracy. From personal experience however sunbreakers super is the issue, nothing more. All others can be challenged except the hammer of sol. That is why there are soo many complaints.
-
2 RepliesYou know hammer sol has been out for 2 weeks... It's that close to hunters who have had blade dancer for over a year. Ya I see a problem.

Wait... How does WoD have kills? How do you get a kill with a bubble?
