Hung jury from dead orbit vendor this week has triple tap and firefly. Plus extended mag. It's got some of the best stats I've ever seen on a scout.

As stupid as this sounds what's the best way to level my dead orbit. Just bounties and strikes?

Pledge allegiance and then yes. Bounties strikes etc. if you have a lot of motes of light or an abundant amount of weapon parts and armor materials you can hand everything in for rep.
