I think all of us who enjoy Pokemon have been waiting for the first console version to make its appearance. I have some ideas on this and would love to see some of my ideas a reality. Please tell me what you think about these ideas and if anyone has any other ideas please let me know so I can add them where I see fit. [b]Also please keep in mind that I am talking about a DS type of game here, not another spinoff game.[/b]So here they are: Characters Misty and Brock should follow you after you beat them. Pikachu should be a choice as a starter. Special Pokemon only available during special events and you have to get them as Amiibo type characters in order to ever see them in the game. You should be able to interact with your Pokemon. The Pokemon should go to Professor Oak’s Lab when you catch them, instead of a storage box (which includes being able to call professor oak to switch out Pokemon) You can see all your Pokemon and interact with them at Professor Oak’s Lab. Regions It should be a game where you can go to all regions. The way I see this happening is maybe an Amiibo type figure where you put your region pack on the base to open a new region and it only works after you've beaten the region before it first. 2 or 3 figures should come with the starter pack, this way there can be more than 1 profile. You should only be able to go to a new region once you clear the previous one. When you travel to a new region (not including Orange Islands), you should be forced to give all of your pokemon to Professor Oak and begin with a starter from the new region. Orange Island League should be included. Wifi specific events that happen on certain days. Each event could be something that happened on the show that was never really part of the other games Jesse, James, and Meowth are included in all Wifi events. They will battle you in all events at some point. Some events should include Cassidy and Butch as well The Pokemon League Indigo League (and others, not including Orange Islands) should be an actual tournament, like in the show, between everybody that plays the game. You would first have to sign up for the tournament using internet and be matched up randomly against someone else on Wifi. The tournament could be held either once a year or a couple times a year (maybe every 3 months) If you lose you are out and will not be able to challenge the Elite Four until you try again the next time, this way we would be able to see exactly who in the world are the best Pokemon trainers around. If there are too many people in the tournament to make a bracket then tournaments should be made for each country, state, city, etc. The tournament should last for a couple days, a week, 2 weeks depending on how big a bracket/s is. Whoever wins the tournament can challenge the Elite Four until they win (so losing to the Elite Four will allow you to try again). Legendary Pokemon should be banned from being used in the tournament because of unfair advantages, but may be used against the Elite Four and the Champion. You should not be able to use any of your Pokemon from another region in normal play, but any Pokemon (excluding Legendary) may be used for any League Tournament (example- Kanto Pokemon cannot be used in the Johto Region, but may be used in the Johto League Tournament) Wifi events Fire type tournament Grass type tournament Whirl Cup Tauros battles/trading festival Sunflora contest Seaking catching contest Fighting type tournament (Grand Prix) Sumo wrestling tournament
