Aaaaand no body read the links Bungie presented. What they're trying to say is that if an account is not activated in the console, it will not share any content to any account installed the console. This is not a decision made by Bungie but by Playstation and Xbox. tsk.

This doesn't happen with any other game. I bought Destiny , my son bought the first expansion and I paid for the second one. Anyone could play these on my xbox, why change it for TTK?

Nope. An account can only be activated in one console. If you already activated your account ina different console, it will not share any content in a 2nd console. Try clicking the links and read about. I also have two PS4. My firsf one can share all contents with other account while my 2nd one cannot.
