Why is there a purple triangle over the Tower but there nobody there that wants me ?
There's a purple TTK triangle over the Tower indicating someone wants me but nobody does when I get there. It's been there for days now and I've Checked every single NPC there.

So so far most replies have been about abandoned quests in the kiosk near the Vanguards of which have I have 7 in there. All the shit ones that I can't be arsed with.

I think its cause of the one quest from cayde (i think) where you have to complete the taken war quests

Go check with the shipwright. She gives you the redbull quest. That's what fixed it for me. If that doesn't work, then guess it's somethin else.

I have had this up there since ttk dropped. Looked everywhere and can't find how to get rid of it

It may just be the default marker placement for a quest that can be completed anywhere. Like the faction quests for example. Not 100% on that but I'd say it's a pretty likely guess.

3 RepliesI have no abandoned quests, no quests to hand in, no quests waiting at npcs and no gunsmith orders but I still get the triangle I just assumed it was a glitch

Do you have an order with the Gunsmith? He didn't have triangle or any kind of marker over his head but my weapon was ready for pickup

I've had that damn purple triangle on the tower since ttk dropped! Been to every vendor and kiosk and nothing!

I had the same and thought I had checked everyone but it was only when I was in the North ? Hanger that the purple triangle suddenly appeared over the shipwright. Turns out she had a quest for me but it wasn't obvious until I was virtually beside her.

In your quest log, there's a quest that tells you you gotta help the 3 vanguard. I think in order to progress that mission, you gotta finish the taken war questlines and so on.
