My normal clip size is 16, but when I pick the field scout it doesn't increase the clip size.

Field scout does NOT increase clip size anymore - it only increases your carry capacity. It's working the way it should - it was just changed with the last release. Go check any of your old guns with Field Scout.

Ha - I'm actually sad that I had to be the one to deliver the message! It was definitely one change that I did not support, lol
