I was given Tuonela SR4 by the gunsmith and I have to say I have never liked a scout rifle more than this. It eats through PVE ( lvl 41, 42) and it helped me get over 10000 points in the crucible (rift). It doesn't let me down.

How hard does it hit in the Crucible?

I don't know 100% right now (I am at work). But I believe 2.5 - 3 headshots and they are down and no more than 4 body shots. and the reticle on the second scope upgrade highlights he target and gives you a large red circle that helps notify you of movement/distance I think. I will have more accurate info when I get home
