FYI to everybody, this is hard as F. I had 295 Titan, 295 hunter, 303 warlock and we couldn't get it done. It is an absolute poop show at the boss. I WILL get it done. But just beware people. Stack your fireteam.

The platform in the back of the room is relatively safe and allows for a lot of dps to be done to the boss. Also allows you to destroy every orb that spawns. There is an orb that spawns on that platform so keep an eye out for that. As long as you do this and have one person focus adds, you should be fine. Managed to get it on second try with this method with a 296 Titan, my warlock at 295, and a hunter at 293. Didn't even use weapons because the Titan forgot to switch.

Agreed it's hard as blam! Hammer the black ball things that spawn the taken. Clear the adds, use a sword on the boss. Worked for me;)

Haha I tried this at the last second but my sword didn't come up so I melee'd instead and got killed, the hunters saved the day though lol

I agree with this. We're were all mid 290's and Managed to kill the boss but only at the last moment. We need to somehow be like 1.5 minutes faster. If anyone has final room strategies, weapon recommendations's etc... Post them here.
