I can't access the nightfall because I can't even see it.
the day the taken king came out I logged into destiny to find out that stuff that I already had access to is now behind a paywall, how do I get a refund and are they going to fix this. I waited for the weekly reset thinking "it's still the first week of the launch of ttk so I'll just wait till next week for them to fix it." but they didn't and now I want a refund or a fix now.

18 RepliesIn order to access the Weekly Nightfall Strike, it's required to be level 40 and own The Taken King. If you wish for a refund for your copy of Destiny, you will need to talk to the retailer you purchased from about their return policies.

There is no reasonable expectation that a game that continually upgrades will give you those upgrades for free. You reached the point where you can no longer do certain parts of the game(end-game content) because you weren't at the max level required to play that content around last December. You just recently got access the the end game content for free, so you can't play the "it worked before and now it doesn't" card. You can still play certain features, but most have changed dramatically in order to provide a value for those that paid for new content. You won't get a refund because you played the game for over 500 hours. No retailer is going to let you get away with that.

8 RepliesBecause the nightfall last week and this week are new strikes from TTK so you wouldn't be able to do it anyways without the new DLC. Bungie owes you nothing. If you want to keep playing with most everyone else, buy TTK. Otherwise, no one wants to hear you complain
