Level 20 exotic from an engram at level 40
Not sure if I was supposed to get a level 20 exotic from decoding a heavy weapon exotic engram at level 40. Kind of feel cheated out of 31 strange coins.

6 RepliesThe legacy engram is to complete collections. As stated by bungie in the weekly update, it will only give year 1 damage weapons.
