Major enemies rehealing and not counting for bounties
I have been noticing that a few major enemies, more notably the cabal (taken or otherwise) are recovering from near death.
And some major enemies (dreadnought mostly) are not counting towards the major/ultra kills bounties.
Anyone else noticing this behavior? I'm on the xbox one.
