The class with the best overall KDR in PvP this week was...
Sunbreaker Titans, with an average KDR of 1.08!
Edit: for late responders, be aware this stat was posted in September and is being necrobumped by trolls. Sunbreaker KDR has gone down a bit since, and is now at 1.05 for the past thirty days, tied with Gunslingers.

Unfortunately it still seems like there are a lot of people who don't understand statistics on here, and since I don't feel like posting this on every comment where people act like 1.08 sucks I'll make my own comment. 1.08 kd is not bad when taken across the entire community. In fact it's really good. Remember that the base k/d for the entire community is actually slightly below 1.0 (1 death for every kill plus suicides, etc). A 1.08 k/d means that the sunbreaker class is on average at least 8% better than the community average across all classes. That seems like a small amount, until you remember that there are over 20 million users on destiny who probably play 100 million games of crucible every week (just do the daily 5 times per week per person) with probably 40 to 50 kills total per game. Now you are talking about numbers of kills in the billions per week. 8% of a number in the billions is a massive number and can clearly designate that the sunbreaker titan is strongly outperforming everyone else. Note: my numbers are just estimates, I don't know for sure how many kills, games etc happen per week and it wouldn't strongly change the stats above even if I grossly overestimated.

21 RepliesWell, we have been getting shafted in PVP for well over a year. We've had to rely on pure gunskill and tactical positioning to win. Makes sense that we would be doing well now that we have a super on par with the others. [spoiler]I've pretty much always had an average 1.75 Titan K/D. And that was by playing Crucible as a Defender Titan. Can't wait to see how much better it gets now that we have a proper PVP oriented subclass like the other classes.[/spoiler]

Wow, the average Destiny player sucks at the Crucible lol. I'm not surprised given my track record for the passed 14 days, but I only have a complaint regarding player density.
