That is a high light level tier. If you aren't 290 and above, you won't be able to do anything to anyone. As far as the fight itself goes, the boss is the wizard. But she has the white shield which makes her invulnerable. Only when the giant ogre is dead will her shield drop for a short time. If you take too long to kill her, she will summon another ogre who will make her invulnerable again.
