I would recommend the DO scout as many have. It comes with a 16 round mag, VoC like impact and RoF, Firefly, and hand laid stock as a bonus. The stability is already insanely high and this just maxes it out. Scouts seem to be the best option still for PvE because of their mag sizes beat Hand Cannons and their ability to one shot most lower tier enemies.

Ya but they can usually only kill about 4-5 lower tier enemies before reloading. My scout has a chance to kill 16 if I am accurate.

Supercell kills like 636473837 things before it reloads.

Focused fire makes it far more ammo efficient in exchange for dps

That is true. I have yet to have a Year 2 auto drop with FF though. Is it still possible?

I have a deal breaker with FF, it's a workhorse

Yes I've got one with focused fire, rifled barrel and third eye got really lucky
