Most of the year 1 weapons were incredibly unbalanced, I'm not sure that Gjallarhorn left my heavy spot unless I was doing PvP, otherwise every other exotic just wasn't worth it. You can say "Well, you don't have to use it!", but that's bullshit, if you didn't, you were at a disadvantage. So I say, no.
