I dont think so. If you listen to the monologue it seems to point to the fact this is Praedyth. But could be wrong.

Praedyth, if I remember rightly is hidden within time, so folk don't know who he is. But Kabr made weapons and armour, and you find the weapons and armour, but you find a naked skeleton. We know from other points that the armour would stay but the body would rot, so there's no reason for it to be naked skeleton.
