Is it just me or do Scouts seem far more difficult to get than Pulse, Auto, HC? I have the latter at 250..290 while I was still kicking about a 197 green scout as it was the best I'd got. At least I've now just got a blue 254, which is better - but the drop rate of pulse/auto/HC seems FAR higher than scout :-( As it happens, while a long time scout fan (Another NITC + firefly), Red Death towards the end of year one persuaded me that there was a place for pulse rifles so my lead weapon at the moment is 281 pulse legendary (that I infused a duplicate 290 Monte Carlo into).
