Quest disappears "Legend of the <clase here>" - No Artifact reward
Yesterday, this quest on my Hunter ended at the "Reach level 30" step, got a rare class item, then the quest disappeared. No final step to level 40, no artifact. Today, the same thing happened on my Titan and Warlock.
I would really like to get the rewards I was supposed to for reaching level 40, with each character.
Please help.
