KINGS FALL RAID - TOO HARD!?
For everyone STILL saying the Raid is CURRENTLY too hard and want it nerfed..
I'm glad that you cant complete it TBH!
Finally there's a group of people once again for a while who have an emblem/shader thats actually 'HARD' to get that not many people have!
Only around 88,000 players out of 1,000,000 players that have attempted it so far have done It! (First Week)
Sure.. Eventually itll be a weekly easy raid again but for now its not! Im hoping Heroic mode separates the field!
However this raid seems a little harder than VoG and Crota to just throw together an LFG group and do it..

I was 299 light on raid day 1 and now I'm 308!
Completed it 3 times each week and my Titan has some gear if you'd like a look!

I wanted to try the Kings Fall raid but I don't have friends to help me. The only raid I thought was easy was Crota's End.

I agree there's always that one player who doesn't listen and screws us up and then the annihilator totem kills us.

...let me tell you my experiance with this and the other raids. During VoG days, i found a website that let me find and put out requests, over the next 2 months, i learned but was struggling to find a fireteam that could hold it together. I beat it and got the red death. On crotas end, it was barely a challenge, me and 3 others killed crota about 6 weeks after i got it. Now kings fall, 1st attempt, i got to the warpriest but had to continue the next day, next day, at oryx. We die over and over, the fireteam slowly splits to only 2, i leave. Attempt 2, make it to oryx, try for 2 or so hours, its late, i leave. Attemps 3-now the same thing happens over and over, i always get noob fireteam members that never did this, explain, try, die. I once got him to half health, guy dies, i fall off platforms then die, now i cant even find anyone woho wants to attempt it leaving me with an honestly soul crushing defeat due to my team not being able to carry their own damn weight. Sorry i cant litterally carry my fireteam singlehandedly and i dont have any friends because im a solo player. I am good enough on anything, but its always my team weighing me down.

I feel the same way man, for once we can separate those with skill and those without, and once HM drops today that gap will widen and truly show whose pro. That being said I can't wait to get my hunter and lock passed the 309 mark, my Titan has been suffering from 307-itus it's trying but can't get the chest piece to get over that mountain.

2 RepliesThe raid will get a nerf, but it'll probably happen when the hard mode comes out which I'd be fine with. Let the randoms have an easier time in easy when we've moved on to hard.

Majority of us who have beaten it have had to do each CP over and over for hours and have explained how to beat each CP a thousand times. So damn right we want a group that knows what they are doing. I have shit to do and I'm not doing the raid for 7 hours when I could do it in two with people that know what to do. Make -blam!-ing friends like the rest of us and play with them consistently.

The hardest parts of the raid are the Hive tombships and everything between Golgoroth and the Sisters. Basically anything that requires a lot of jumping. The easiest parts of the raid are the Totems and all the bosses. I'm movement challenged, not killing challenged.

Who the heck wants an easy raid? If it's easy where's the fun? Even if I couldn't beat it I wouldn't want it to be easy. I want something challenging, something to make me (and my group) play better. Something to strive towards

If the raid is too hard, you are too weak. Gotta train guardian. Or they'll stomp you flat.
