No disrespect, I agree with most of what you say up there but you know Halo hasn't been headed by Bungie since Halo 3 or so right? Halo 4, 5 and Halo Wars 2 is being run by 343 Industries, an offshoot of Bungie that is owned by Microsoft. Far as I know Halo 5 isn't gonna have this whole licensing issue, at any rate I doubt Microsoft would be ok with them doing it.
