Xbox Live Terms of Use, Section 7, subsection c, under actions that can result in bans from the system: "Any use of unauthorized programs or cheats in order to gain advantages or unlock achievements." Paraphrased a bit, you can look it up yourself, but you love cheating so you won't.

Bungie routinely bans cheaters. They're not banning for this. Ipso facto this is not cheating.

Bungie admitted it is an explorer, NOT A CHEAT OR HACK. Damn kid you don't learn. It's not getting anybody any achievements it is just to try to get some guns or armor. How the hell does it affect you??? It doesn't! You're probably one of the people who bitched about gjallarhorn being too op and it had to be nerfed.

Also, what part of its not a cheat do you not understand? Cheating in video games involves a video game player using non-standard methods for creating an advantage beyond normal gameplay, usually to make the game easier. Bungie put the three of coins in the game, it is a standard method for earning exotic engrams by killing an ultra. It's not guaranteed to drop every single kill. You're wrong. Get over it. It's an EXPLOIT.

So you jump up and down while playing a video game? Some people have jobs kid stop getting upset that you couldn't get anything good this week. What other people do and get does not affect you. They can't sell them on a black market, they can't not let you join their raid group because you don't have a certain gun (though I don't think anyone would wanna raid with someone as childish as you complaining about what other people do in a game they paid $100+ for)
