Question about exotic faction class items.
To anyone that has at least one of these, I'd appreciate your info.
-Can these be reforged?
-Are the stats really random on them?
-Are you able to obtain another one somehow?
-If I look at the item before I complete the quest and decide that I don't like the stats (I really don't want strength on it) can I abandon the quest to switch the stats?

-Are you able to re buy the item via blueprint kiosk and what are the stats on the blueprint version?
Feel free to provide pics on your rolls on these items, that would also be appreciated.
Edit: I've since received my faction cloak and it seems as far as I can tell everyone gets a intellect/discipline variant with pulse/sniper boosts.

I also get to choose (again, on the one I have) between Pulse or Sniper focus - think of it as a nonstop built-in telemetry. It also has a perk named "The Life Exotic", so you can wear another piece of exotic armor. No reforging, but you can infuse to increase the defense stat - but so far, I haven't found a class item that even comes close to the 290 this one has.

I believe the perks are random, but the stat rolls alight with the factions previous focus (I.e. fwc is int/disc)
