Just had a legendary chest engram become an artifact instead of a chest piece preventing me from being able to do the daily yesterday. This is very frustrating as it is exactly the same as the rare one I got from quests just needs more specific materials to upgrade. Not even a significantly better light score. Only the class item engrams should have a chance to become artifacts in my opinion as it ends up feeling like a package giving a single mote to me this way.
