I am having the same issue. I purchased Taken King digital upgrade on my live profile and everything worked great. I logged into the live account my sons use and it wasn't recognizing that Taken King was installed and was prompting me to purchase. I purchased the previous expansions under my account and both accounts had access to the expansions content. Since we have two Xbox 360s I downloaded and tested this on the second console and experienced the same issue. Next, I decided to try the recomendations that were posted about clearing the system cache and re-downloading the Taken King license. I tried that and it didn't work either. Next, I decided to try something different and I re-dowloaded the first two expansions as well and guess what happened? When I log into my alt live account now The Dark Below and House of Wolves no longer work. If I log into the account the licenses were purchased under they work. I think this confirms this is a licensing issue with Bungie's update. The first two expansions have been working fine under both live accounts until i re-downloaded them. Now the only content that works under both accounts is vanilla Destiny. Hopefully it will pay off all in the name of science. Now it's time for Bungie to get their best programmers looking into this and giving us a fix ASAP. Well i'm out, going to play some Forza 6 until they get this ironed out.
