GOT FABIAN STRATEGY (Titan EXOTIC HAKKE AUTO RIFLE) See How ;)
Soo i got it from Bashee (Gunsmith) Rank 3 Quest. ALL YOU Got to do it finish the quest which is 2 steps.
STEP 1: Use Primary Telementry (Auto Rifle Telementry Works) to get 100 kills with an Auto Rifle
STEP 2: DISMANTLE 10 RARE OR HIGHER AUTO RIFLE.....LEGENDARIES GIVES YOU 5! RARES GIVES 2

I can't seem to get any of my kills to register even with the telemetries active. Was able to do the sniper quest on Hunter and then after that all other gunsmith quest I have received have not worked properly with registering kills.
