When buying the TTK digital dlc from xbox live the USAGE RESTRICTIONS states "The item you are trying to download is subject to usage restrictions. You can use this item on the first xbox 360 console you downloaded it to. Access to this item will also be granted to all users on this first console." So ALL USERS on the console should have access to the TTK dlc as long as the same account previously bought exp1 & exp2. I bought the season pass with my Primary Account and have had 3 sub accounts access all exp1 & exp2 content with no issue. My TTK license should stack on top of my Season Pass license and abide to the usage restrictions stated above.
