I bought digital version of the taken king on xbox one but can't play on xbox 360 on the same xbox live account
Hi,
I have both xbox 360 and xbox one. I bought the taken king on xbox one but when i wanted to come back en 360 (all my friends don't have x box one yet), it was impossible to play. It was told to me that i had to buy the taken king...again.
On previou DLC it was possible to play on both xbox one or 360 is the policy different on the taken king?

1 ReplyFirstly none of the expansions are backwards compatible. The upgrade program only worked from last gen consoles to next gen. The upgrade program is a promotional program. So if you want TTK on both consoles you will have to buy it on both.

5 RepliesWell first thing is the upgrade for DLC is current gen to next gen not the other way around so it won't work unless you buy it again, and secondly bungie hasn't released any info at all so if you were to buy it on the 360 you can't even play it on the one either; I encountered this same problem earlier but all bungie did was ingnore these specific type question and continue to help others. So all you can do is repurchase or wait until bungies fixes their constant mistakes cause they can't do anything right
