This quest is bad game design. It's going to obviously favor TLW or people familiar with hand cannons. And frustrate players that don't use hand cannons. A better step forward in the quest would be to let players use what ever weapon they want but have to get 500 kills in the crucible to prove you put the time in. I'm going to have to skip this quest, its just not worth flushing my stats down the toilet. Have fun TLW players. Edit: So it seems I was wrong. You don't have to get TLW kills to move on. You just need to be carrying it. You can still use your special, heavy, and supers as long as you have TLW equipped. Edit 2: I guess it's impossible to make a critical comment without packs of fanboys raiding your thread giving you nothing but hate..... Here's what i suggest you haters do: See Bungie over there? Ok, now walk over there, get on your knees, pucker up and kiss Bungie right on the a** like the good little fanboys that you are.......These are public forums and people can be critical if they want to. So deal with it. Edit 3: I didn't understand how the quest worked. Some people POLITELY informed me the correct way the quest works and even gave me some advice on beating it. Others (trolls) felt the need to insult and attack me. To the people that were polite...Thank you. I then edited my comment admitting i was wrong and was going to leave it at that. But rabid trolls kept raiding my thread attacking me even after the issue was settled. Hence edit 2. If you have the slightest problem with any aspect of the game you get immediately attacked for whining, or not having any skill. And stop saying this first part of the quest takes skill. Now that i know what to do it's super easy. I thought the Thorn bounty was easy, but this is child's play.
