I have contacted Xbox support multiple times. They say we need to contact Bungie. They say if Bungie doesn't allow it to be used on other profiles then it won't be and it's not an Xbox problem. They definitively say that it is a Bungie issue. I have spent four hours on the phone with five different people in Xbox support. All of them have said the same thing I feel like you're dodging the question that is being asked. In the game description it specifically says when this game is purchased the downloadable content will be available for use on the profile of the account to which it was downloaded and ALL OTHER PROFILES on the original consul. Xbox says just because the description says that, doesn't mean that that is what Bungie allows. They say talk to BUNGIE. Bungie says talk to Xbox. In the meantime it's your clients who can't play the game. Bungie developed the game, Bungie is making the money from selling the game, so what I would like is for BUNGIE to definitively respond and say, "yes we allow this to be used on all profiles on the Xbox 360 or no we don't and even though Destiny, expansion 1, and expansion 2 were able to be played on ALL profiles on the 360 you are going to have to purchase four copies of the taken king if you have four children who all play destiny on the same console. Don't dodge the question. Answer it specifically please.

I'm in the same position with 1 Primary Account and 3 Sub Accounts. When buying the TTK digital dlc from xbox live the USAGE RESTRICTIONS states "The item you are trying to download is subject to usage restrictions. You can use this item on the first xbox 360 console you downloaded it to. Access to this item will also be granted to all users on this first console." So as long as my Primary Account has purchased exp1, exp2 & TTK all Sub Accounts should be able to access all content. It's been that way all the way through Dark below and House Of Wolves. The thing is on my XB1 all user accounts can access TTK dlc, so it can't be a policy issue... Having to buy the dlc twice for both consoles was bad enough!
