Xbox one Losing connection to Destiny Servers after character selection
I'm at a loss. Every time I move past the character log in screen it says I've lost connection with Destiny Servers. I know it must be on my end, being on a dorm room wired internet, and the fact that no one else seems to be having this problem.
The strange thing is that multiplayer seems to be working for all my other games. If I go into Xbox one settings and check connection it says Xbox live is working properly and that my NAT type is open.
Before Taken King I was able to play with out any problems. Anyone have any clue what the issue might be?

Can't update my post since its" answered" but I am still having the issue even though now I am for certain the issue isn't on Microsoft's side. I tested my multiplayer connection it it says I am all good, yet I still can't get passed the character selection screen. Bungie the title screen looks good, but after 4 days of seeing only that, I can say with confidence that it is getting a bit annoying.

3 RepliesIt's -blam!-ing 2015, bungie stop pretending you don't know how to work the Internet. It been around since the 70s, hell Ultima online, in the early 90s had less connection issues. Bungie get your -blam!-ing shit together and fix and keep it fixed.

2 RepliesI've done a hard reset on my console, dashboard is working now, trying destiny as I type... Waiting... Seems a bit slow... Character select... Orbit... Patrol. Yup works fine now :)

I'm on ps3 and while im in a pve mission ill get about 5 mins in and then it will boot me out and say attempting to connect to destiny servers, could this be happening because all are work in issues with other servers?

3 RepliesHaving the same problem. Completed a strike then on the rewards screen I got the rabbit error code followed by the black screen. I had to restart my Xbox. Now I can't get past the character selection. When I checked my dashboard. My friends list etc is gone. So I'm asumming it's to do with Xbox.

After a hard reset of the Xbox I was able to get back on

To do license agreement go to dash board games/apps and Uninstall your expansion pass then download again. Good luck guys! Just so no one thinks Iam trying to mess with you I deleted my how/tdb expansion not ttk. Got to bungie.net and look up license agreement fix/errors it's there. I would not advise deleting ttk cause its a lot bigger just do tdb/how only 8 mb

I restarted my Xbone and now my dashboard is all messed up aswell, tried to test another game so loaded up master chief collection and tried to jump into slayer, got as far as players found but it wouldn't go any further, that being said Mcc is hardly reliable anyway. Thinking this might not just be a bungie problem.

I just hard reset my Xbox and now it's working

Same hear I get to the choose my character screen. I make a selection and then am told I have lost a connection to the servers or I am logged in somewhere else. Basically I cannot play the game. But I do see Bungie is investigating, so that is good at least.

Yup sounds about bungee always down someway or somehow.. I don't remember Halo ever having this many issues and that was like 10+ years ago

My friend in Warframe said she was kicked offline along with all of her friends, so it's a Microsoft issue.
