Quest disappears "Legend of the <clase here>" - No Artifact reward
Yesterday, this quest on my Hunter ended at the "Reach level 30" step, got a rare class item, then the quest disappeared. No final step to level 40, no artifact. Today, the same thing happened on my Titan and Warlock.
I would really like to get the rewards I was supposed to for reaching level 40, with each character.
Please help.

Same on my hunter. Was able to do it on warlock and titan still has the quest

Same here on my titan. I've been to orbit about 10 times already.
