Where can I get spirit bloom, relic iron, etc.
Where can I get spirit bloom, relic iron, etc. as that now you can't buy it in the tower, and now you don't get them from dismantling items. Is the only way to get them to farm them and look for them? If so, that's ridiculously stupid!
