No. I infused 240 armor with a 260 piece and it jumped me up to 257 I think. It's the chest on my titan now. I'm not sure how it calculates the new values....

Hmmm weird..i infused a 215 rare pulse rifle into a 200 legendary pulse rifle and the attack jumped to 237...so i there a formula to this or is this random?

Wait you can infuse rares into legendary... I missed that at the briefing i guess lol.
