TTK Class Action Lawsuit
I'm doing research on starting a class action lawsuit against Bungie and Activision for how they sold The Taken King via false advertisement, cut content from players who didn't purchase TTK without warning or word, overcharging oversea players over twice as much as American players by ignoring currency exchange rates, and overpricing a DLC which content was nowhere near worth the price. There are some solid things that TTK will automatically land Activition and Bungie in court, mainly false advertisement and the currency exchange rate. If I can get enough people to back me up here, so I know I can get some supporters for the class action lawsuit, then I will go ahead and file the lawsuit and post it if it's accepted and in the pending stages. I was robbed of what I bought and I want it back for free, because I paid for it.
I am also going to add in this class action lawsuit the abuse of Bungie's EULA. To use that to build a set up to lock out customers to repay for content they already paid for is going beyond reasonable use of EULA. Having one model of business written, then using a different business model to generate revenue is illegal. There is nothing Bungie states in it's EULA that this is a subscription based game and people who don't pay every 3 months will be locked out. Big mistake. If successful, this class action lawsuit will be the gaming equivalent of Abercrombie and Fitch being sued by their employees of their policies and terms that were unethical.

Okay, I think I have said this before. First, if your case ever made it to court (it won't) I hope Bungie files a counter suit against you for attorneys fee's and wasting there time. Secondly, If Bungie wanted to charge 40 to 240 for their DLC they could. There is no specific law that says otherwise. It's like this, if a store is selling a TV at 40.00 and the store across the street is selling the same tv for 240.00. You think you could sue them for the price difference? No. Bungie like so many other companies out there can sell there products for what they want to. Games are not under regulation like Gas for your car. So suck it up, and wipe away your tears, and just buy it, play it, and enjoy it. Or just stop playing video games altogether and go outside and toss a ball around.

I am butt hurt about the cheating of money that is the limited edition. But I for one, do not agree with your plan. Try actually talking to bungie. Try to get this resolved peacefully rather than just jumping to court. And no, I am not a hippie. Just cool your jets and take a more compromising approach. Think constructively. Lawsuits will get you some money, shut down the game a lot of people enjoy, and ruin two great gaming companies. They have both made great games, and I think that this can become a legendary game with some time and real constructive criticism.

Uhmm there were separate editions!! Ok bye! The taken King alone #40 the legendary #60 the collectors #80.. The 40 is bought digitally through your console. You should've done the research man, and you should have read the contents before you bought it because there was word that they were going to make that for vet players
