Okay, so not sure if this is widely known yet but figured I'd share, since just completed all the steps for this chest. Step 1 - Kill Cabal on Dreadnaught - Random drop will be "Skyburner Command Beacon" Step 2 - Go to the right-side of the crashed Cabal ship on Dreadnaught from the entrance. You should find an open door on the right-side of the ship, there is a command console. Use the Beacon to activate. Step 3 - Waves of Cabal will show up (I soloed entire process, so not difficult). Eventually a Cabal Champion will show up, he shoots heavy rockets and has machine gun. Take him out and you will get the "Skyburners Deployment Code" as a drop. Step 4 - Go to the Mausoleum on Dreadnaught, on the left side you will see an open door high up on the crashed Cabal ship. Enter the door, there will be a chest in there and a console. Use the Deployment code there. Step 5 - Someone will come on the radio and ask you to kill Cabal enemies, there will be plenty, just kill until next step pops. Step 6 - The next step should pop, it ask you to go to Court of Oryx to get the frequency. You have about 1:45 to get there, make it quick! Step 7 - Once frequency obtained, it will ask you to kill the Cabal leader. Just follow your mini-map to the location. You have about 2:30 to get there, once you get close countdown stops and you can take your time killing him. Quick fight. Step 8 - He should drop the "Skyburners Security Pass". Go back to where you used the Deployment Code, the door that was locked in that room should be able to open using the Security Pass. Step 9 - Open chest inside, it has Calcified Fragment and a literal TON of other random goodies. I got about 3 Engrams, 8 Wormspore, and a Stolen Rune that needs to be charged. They are different for different people, but generally about the same, so locations may change and request may change.
