BNGHelp1 Why are you avoiding us?
Why? Give us an explanation please on the issue of, why sub-accounts cant get access to TTK.
Edit:Thanks for all the support. I am hoping that we will get an answer eventually.

Edited by perryrage70: 9/22/2015 9:07:29 PMSo I contacted Xbox again and like the times before they started to give me the runaround that this game can only be used with the profile that purchased it. Then I informed the guy that I had a picture of the purchase agreement and read him the third sentence which states that this Items contents will be available to all users on the first console. Wow, did the guys tune change after that. He apologized and informed me that nearly every complaint they are getting is dealing with this issue and that Xbox is now working to resolve the issue with the games' makers. He thanked me for taking the picture of the purchase agreement and asked that I give Xbox time to resolve the issue. Why can't they just be honest when you call and say we know there is an issue and we are trying to fix it, why does the customer have to call them out first to get anywhere? Anyway, now it is a wait and see. I have already demanded a refund of the Legendary edition that I bought. I will now wait to see if the fix they problem, if they do I will probably just purchase the $40 edition because I already have the original Destiny and the expansion pass. Besides after this they don't deserve the other $20 for the Legendary edition, heck they don't deserve the $40.

We have been searching for a solution FOR DAYS. We pre ordered TTK on the ps4 store trough paypal. Somehow the payment didnt go trough, but we still got the game. [b]Boyfriend checked his paypall today and he saw that the money wasnt taken from his account. He made another payment and.... now it works![/b] Yay! I hope I can help other people with this [b] solution[/b] also! [b] So if you cant play TTK, check on the account that bought the game if there is a payment made for TTK or check if the payment go trough on paypal/creditcard/whatever you were using[/b] [b] Thanks for NOT helping bungie and for NOT responding to all the topics me and other people made! We solved the problem on our own ktnxbye[/b] (sorry bad english im dutch ;))

2 RepliesHave you tried making your ps4 your primary console even if you only have one you still need to activate it as a primary to be able to share with other sub accounts
