I leveled up my dead orbit twice and I didn't get my package. I only got the first one... Why? :c

Multiple rank increases from a Faction/Vendor give a single Reward Package. Reward packages are not sent to the Postmaster. Upon ranking up a Faction/Vendor, please make sure to claim your Rewards Package before ascending another rank, or your previous package will be lost. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/13480
