Hello, I've spent a total of 3 hours on the phone and 5 phone calls trying to get a refund. 2 of the calls I was a complete Dick, while the other 3 I was very nice.
How do people keep getting these refunds? Please tell me tips on what to say?
I always say that the paywall prevents me from playing but it doesn't really work in getting a refund

I can only share legally what's available in the web. You need to understand what content was manipulated post sale from what was advertised pre purchase. Simply put, the package never advertised youd be buying inaccessible content, that by its very definition is anything contained within a purchase. If Bungie had advertised you'd be buying inaccessible activities (which fall into the definition of content) you'd have been aware of the purchase of inaccessible content upon purchase, therefore, you were sold inaccessibility that was not advertised.
